Wednesday I went to my first baseball game of the season yeah! It was great weather and I loved watching my younger brother pitch. He is such an awesome athlete and yes he is a left handed pitcher! There is nothing quite like watching a baseball game on a beautiful day with the smell of popcorn. And of course I did bring my camera with a big lens to have some fun. Today is opening day for the Reds and I am so excited-but the weather is a bit rainy. Go UL baseball and Go Reds!
Sunday we had a great time hanging out with Christine and Chris. We had fun showing them some of our favorite spots in the MainStrasse area of Covington. What a great couple. They didn't argue about hugging and interacting but I think that had to do with the chilly weather too! I love how their photos turned out because you can see their beautiful passion and their fun side. It was great that they didn't look at me too funny when I asked them to pose by and old bus or the broken sign holder! Christine and Chris we are looking forward to photographing your wedding in Indy in April!
I love designing coffee table albums. They are so beautiful and are truly a unique art piece that I know will be shared with so many friends and family. Many of my brides have shared that when people come to their home they ask to see their wedding album again and again. Cara and Kevin's album is stunning. I wanted to share a few photos of their album.
Sunday we had a great time meeting brides, grooms and their families at the Marriott Northeast bridal show. Thank you to all of you who attended and gave us such great compliments on our work. The canvas print with the floating frame was a huge hit along with our fun banners. The emotion that we capture is what really stands out. Wedding photography is such a great investment and I know that a lot of research goes into choosing the right photographer. Thursday night we had a great time at the first Affair with the Mafia party! The Savannah Center turned into 5 different themed areas. We were in the Denver area that had a more nature loving bride. Our colors were blue, a fun and funky green and we used chocolate browns and whites to pull it all together. The food was awesome and the fireworks at the end were a wonderful touch. Thanks to all of you who stopped by and said hello. It was great to meet you all and to see some of our fun couples. Mark your calendars for the next big event on June 5th at the Newport Syndicate.
