Ann and Thomas chose to do an engagement album for their guests. Her colors are copper and latte so she chose the new copper cover. Their album is 32 pages and includes all of their favorites from the session. We have had so much fun with these albums at weddings this year. The bride receives so many compliments on the book and we love watching the guests line up to flip through it during the reception. Not to brag, but they have been a huge hit!Wednesday, October 10, 2007

Lyndsey and Chris, Engagement
Thursday we photographed Lyndsey and Chris for their engagement session. It was a lot of fun to see their personalities interact during the session. Chris has been a best man in two weddings that we have photographed so he is always up for having fun. Lyndsey I have gotten to know more from seeing her at Katie and Matt's rehearsal and wedding and from emails. I know that their wedding is going to be a blast because there is never a dull moment with Chris. We are so glad you two decided to do an engagement session. It was great to hang out with you two and I know you are going to love your photos. Here is a sneak peak of a few of my favorites!

Laura and Kevin, Engagement
Sunday we had a wonderful time photographing Laura and Kevin's for their engagement session. Laura choose the Highfield Discovery Garden because her father worked on creating the vegetable garden. What a great place to explore. The couple was so much fun and were so great at just having fun. I started with a basic pose and they just did all the romantic kissing and hanging out themselves. They were total naturals. So it made our job super fun and easy. I can't wait to photograph their wedding in June."I know you are super busy with your weddings this past weekend but I just wanted to send a quick thank you. Kevin and I had a blast with the engagement session. He was all about it and loved being able to kiss so much!! We both keep talking about it and how much fun we had. Thanks again for making it such a great experience." Laura

Congratulations Erin and Richard
Monday we photographed Erin and Richard's beautiful wedding. The weather wasn't so great in the morning but when we arrived at Dress Pavilion the weather couldn't have been more perfect. When Erin arrived you could just feel her excitement. One of the first things that greeted her in her dressing room was a beautiful bouquet from Richard. Way to go Richard! She started to cry. The ceremony was under the beautiful gazebo and Stephen Hoffman did a great job with the service. After the ceremony we did just a few photos and then dinner was served. The string quartet from Innocenti Strings played for both the wedding and the reception. It was a very elegant and romantic wedding. My favorite part was how intimate it was. The couple had their family and their best friends and enjoyed their evening with those that are so dear to them. The guests were all so nice and we felt so included and blessed to be a part of their very intimate wedding. Erin and Richard - thank you so much for choosing us as your photographers, it is truly an honor.

The elegant flowers were by Florence Nursery.

McHale's Catering did an awesome job with the food. It was delicious and so filling. Oh and the chocolate fountain was definitely a chocolate lover's favorite.

Congratulations Carmen and Harold
We had a great time photographing Carmen and Harold's wedding on Saturday. When we arrived to take photos of Carmen getting ready, I was impressed with her awesome hair done by Mitchell's Salon in West Chester. While she was getting ready her flowers from Jack Herb Florist arrived. Carmen did a wonderful job coordinating all of the colors to match the bridesmaid's dresses and all of her decorations. After a few fun photos with the guys and gals, they had a beautiful wedding at Norman Chapel. Pastor Eastman did a great job incorporating the beautiful commemoration and sand ceremonies into the service. One of my favorite parts of the day was seeing the couple so happy during the wedding. After the ceremony we grabbed some photos with the couple and then went to their reception at The Crowne Plaza in Blue Ash. They used the Blue Ash room which is so intimate with its sunken dance floor. I loved how their DJ's from Party Pleasers had such great lighting for all of the fun dancing. The dramatic dancing photos were taken with their spot light as the main source of light. What a great day and what a fun reception!
The flowers were designed by Jack Herb Florist.

This couple had two cakes! One was made by a family member and the groom's cake was made by Patricia's Wedding Cakes.
