Engagement, Tara and Aaron
Monday night I had a great time photographing Tara and Aaron in the Mainstrasse area of Covington. They were so much fun to hang out with! I discovered Aaron has amazing taste in music and that they went to a Radiohead concert - so jealous. They mentioned the Beatles so we had to go over to the old red double-decker bus and try a few. Now I am super excited for their reception music because I know it's going to be well thought out and rock'n. Tara and Aaron were so great to work with. They are like models. I just love how even the grungy shots with the loading dock they look amazing in. These photos have a great magazine style to them. Tara and Aaron - what a great session! I cant' wait to photograph your wedding!

Thank You Postcards
Aren't these thank you postcards beautiful? The antique look is wonderful and I know Andrea and Roger's guests are going to love them. Guests enjoy getting a photo in the mail and this one will be sure to be saved. Thank you postcards are a great way to personalize your notes and you save on postage.

Happy First Anniversary Lynette and Charles
Lynette and Charles had their wedding and reception at The Crowne Plaza in Blue Ash. I remember how fun it was to use the hotel's new decor for their photos. The photo above was taken in the entry way to make use of the gorgeous natural light coming in. Don't they look so romantic. Happy one year anniversary you two - we wish you all the best.

Congratulations Ann and Thomas
My sister Ann is very special to me. We are only a few years a part and we have had a lot of fun together. Her wedding day was truly wonderful. She put a lot personal touches into the day and all of her guests were taken care of and enjoyed everything. I made it through (just barely) without crying. My favorite part of the day was watching their first dance. I could see just how happy they really are together. Below are a few favorites photographed by Richard and Ben. Can you believe I didn't pick up a camera all day. (I had a big bouquet in my hands and a few duties as Matron of honor to fulfil.) To all of our friends and family - thanks for celebrating with us! And to Ann and Thomas - I wish you two all the very best.

Engagement, Marni and Matt
Marni and Matt are such a fun couple. We started their engagement session at Devou Park and ended with the night lights of Fountain Square. You can tell that they are so in to each other. Marni had some great ideas with the picnic props and I love how the photos of them with Matt's car turned out. Marni's father owned a Mustang when he was engaged to Marni's mother - how cool is that! Marni and Matt - I can't wait to edit and show you all of your photos. I know you will love them all! Congratulations on your recent engagement.

Boys of Summer
Friday I had a great time watching Harper and Hogan play outside. We started in the cool of the morning and just had a great time! I loved watching them play in the sunflowers and in the creek. Hogan will be going back to school very soon and Harper is growing up so fast! It was a wonderful day to capture just how the boys really are - full of fun and smiles. I hope everyone enjoys the slideshow.
Happy First Anniversary Katie and Matt
We first met Katie and Matt at a wedding. Katie was a bridesmaid and Matt was having fun doing the video. Their wedding at Ault Park was absolutely beautiful. The photo above was taken when the formal gardens were at their peak. After their wedding we saw them at a few more weddings. We wish you two the very best - thanks for being so awesome!

Congratulations Christy and Nate
Friday I started by photographing Christy getting ready at The Westin with her girls. She looked absolutely stunning in her dress. She has been one of my most organized brides and yet she had so many great details to organize for her wedding day. When we started photographing Nate and his guys, I couldn't help but see Nate's excitement. The ceremony in the grand hall of the art museum was stunning. When Christy started her walk down the aisle I was starting to get choked up. We we have really gotten to know this couple and it just was an amazing moment. After the ceremony we went to Eden Park for a few photos. Steve from Glass Eye Video was so great to work with and he had some great ideas at the park. You can see his awesome trailer on his blog! The great hall was transformed into the reception room once we returned. The peach lighting on the ceiling was so unique. Christy really picked her color scheme to compliment the building. Overall the day was absolutely wonderful. A big thanks to her fabulous friends and family who were a blast to be with all day. To their vendors- you all are fantastic! And to Christy and Nate - you two have been so wonderful to work with and I know you are going to love all of your photos. Enjoy the rest of your honeymoon!
