Yesterday we had a great time celebrating with Robyn and Dave and their friends and family. We started at Spring Grove with some photos of the couple. I loved watching them see each other for the first time. It was just the two of them and us two photographers. It was such a beautiful moment. They couldn't stop smiling. There are so many great photos from that sequence of events. I love the photo of them inside Norman Chapel with the light just kissing their head and shoulders. It was a fun artsy photo. Their ceremony was under a tree at Nathanael Green Lodge. Just one of the neat special touches was that each guest was asked to write a note to the couple. The notes were collected in a basket and will later be put together for the couple to read. I love how you can see the excitement of the couple throughout the ceremony. After the ceremony we went to Molloy's on the Green. The cake was made by the groom's sister Susie and man it was gone quickly - so it must have been awesome! My favorite part of the reception was seeing an African dance. The dancers sprinkled flower petals on the couple. The Oxford Gourd and Drum Ensemble and A Box of Chocolates did an awesome job with the music. After that the dance floor was full of guests dancing. What a great party. Randy, the DJ from Greg Lee Music did an awesome job of keeping everybody on the dance floor.
Robyn and Dave - you two were awesome to work with- have a great honeymoon!
